Once all the details of your project have been defined, I will provide you with a detailed quotation along with an estimated timeline. This document will include a breakdown of materials, production time, and any agreed-upon customizations.

After confirmation, proceed with payment through our secure system. If needed, I offer you the option to split payments into three interest-free installments.

After payment, your design moves into production. Every piece is handcrafted with care, following traditional techniques to ensure exceptional quality. Depending on the complexity, the crafting process typically takes 3–5 weeks.

Once your item is ready, I’ll carefully package it and ship it to you. Worldwide shipping is included, and you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
