Yes. Roiberd Atelier offers a dedicated Bespoke collection for those looking to create a watch strap tailored to their watch and personal preferences.
Through the Bespoke Watch Straps collection, you can configure different aspects of the strap, including its dimensions, leather, colour, stitching, lining and hardware. Each piece is handcrafted to order in my workshop in Spain.
If you have a specific idea or are unsure about any aspect of the configuration, you can also get in touch before placing your order. I’ll be happy to help you find the right configuration for your watch.
All Roiberd Atelier pieces are handcrafted to order unless otherwise stated. Production times may vary depending on the product and its level of customization, but most orders are completed within 2 to 4 weeks.
Bespoke pieces may require additional time depending on their configuration and complexity. The estimated production time for your order will be indicated on the relevant product page.
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using the selected shipping service. Shipping times are additional to the production time.
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue.
If the package arrives damaged, I recommend taking photographs of the packaging and the product before opening or handling it further. This can help when making a claim with the carrier.
I will review the situation and work with you to find the appropriate solution.
I accept returns for eligible products in accordance with the applicable return conditions stated on the website.
Because Roiberd Atelier pieces are handcrafted to order, certain products may not be eligible for return. This particularly applies to Bespoke Watch Straps and other products that have been individually customized or made to specific customer requirements.

I offer shipping to most countries in Europe, the United States, Canada and Oceania. However, if you would like to ship an order to your country, please contact me to offer you a shipping rate.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can use this information to follow the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website. Additionally, you will also be able to track your order through your customer account section.

Roiberd Atelier works with carefully selected leathers and materials chosen for their quality, character, durability and suitability for each product.
Different collections are created around different types of leather, allowing each material to bring its own texture, structure, colour and way of ageing to the finished piece. The materials available may evolve over time as new leathers and collections are introduced.
Rather than following a fixed catalogue of materials, I carefully select each leather according to the character and purpose of the piece it will become.
Proper care helps preserve the appearance and character of your Roiberd Atelier pieces over time. As each material has its own characteristics and care requirements, detailed care recommendations will be provided in our dedicated guide.
